Grown free range on pasture in Brenham, TX - Whitehurst Farm American broad breasted white turkey. Turkeys are sold flat rate (not by weight) $175 less $50 deposit amount. Average dressed turkey weight 15-17 lbs. You can request a smaller or larger turkey and we will accommodate your request with a turkey close to your desired weight.

Important: Our pastured turkeys are artisan raised and very limited. Please make sure you understand our process before placing your order:

Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another person.

Turkeys WILL NOT BE DELIVERED and MUST BE PICKED UP at our farm.

Turkeys are available for pickup Nov 6-Nov 23. If you will be traveling through Brenham and need your turkey closer to Thanksgiving please contact us as we would have availability for a limited number of late self serve pickups week of Thanksgiving.

We recommend a basic liquid or dry rub brine for maximum flavor. Please watch cooking temperature as pastured turkeys should reach a MAXIMUM temperature of 160F in the thigh.
